PRESIDENT
Leads the PTA by overseeing all work performed by the executive board and committee chairs. Chairs the monthly association and executive board meetings, and serves as the official representative at the school and district levels.
TREASURER
Keep permanent books of accounts and records, prepare the annual and mid-year budgets, oversee all funds in and out of the association, prepares taxes, and prepares monthly report(s).
SECRETARY
Prepares the meeting minutes for the executive board and monthly association meetings.
AUDITOR
Prepare a complete financial audit semi-annually. Prepare an audit report for each bank account and provide corrections, recommendation and comments with the reports.
WAYS & MEANS
Oversee and support the implementation of all PTA sponsored fundraising activities. Reviews plans and budgets and presents to Board and Association for approval.
